How quickly will I get a quote?
During business hours we reply within 1 hour – and on average that is also how long a concrete quote takes.
What is the difference between FCL and LCL?
FCL (Full Container Load) means a whole container is reserved for your cargo. LCL (Less than Container Load) means your cargo shares a container with other shipments and you pay only for the space used – suitable for smaller volumes.
Which mode of transport should I choose?
Sea is the most economical for large and heavy cargo. Rail is a faster alternative from Asia to Europe. Air is for urgent and high-value cargo. If you are not sure, select “Not sure” in the form and we will advise.
Do you handle customs formalities?
Yes. We hold an AEO customs broker licence: we handle import and export formalities, prepare documents and coordinate procedures in line with EU regulations.
Is the cargo insured?
Yes. 100 % of cargo is insured and continuously monitored.
